Jimmy has lived in Northeast KC since he was 5 years old. He grew up in Lykins, went to elementary school in Indian Mound, and played baseball in Sheffield. His first job was working at Westlake Ace Hardware on Independence Ave. Once a touring musician and now a house spouse, Jimmy loves nothing more than spending time with his wife, Fran, and their two kiddos, Ophelia and Reggie.

Vice President: Kay Hopkins

2-year term ending July 2026

Kay moved to the Indian Mound neighborhood with her husband, Bill Frank, in 2021. She loves the vibrancy and beauty of the old Northeast, as well as the feeling of community. A retired teacher and school librarian, she has a blended family of 5 children, 4 grandchildren, and 4 cats.

Treasurer: Michael Adams

Secretary: Dustin Fish

2-year term ending July 2026

Dustin moved to the Indian Mound neighborhood in 2022 with his husband. Having grown up in a small rural community, Dustin enjoys the assets, strengths, and sense of community the neighborhood offers. As a foster parent, he and his husband plan on raising children in local neighborhood schools and contribute to the betterment of all aspects of the neighborhood.

Administrative Vice President: Riley Roche

2-year term ending July 2027

Riley has lived in Kansas City since 2020, after he graduated from Iowa State University as a mechanical engineer. He moved to the Indian Mound neighborhood in 2023 and immediately got involved with the neighborhood association. His interests include urban planning, aviation, railroads, and history.
